🔒 Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance decants, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal scent preference
  • Incorrect orders made by the customer

✅ Eligible Refunds (Limited Cases Only)

We only offer refunds or replacements if:

  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your item arrives damaged

📸 Requirements

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear proof (photo/video)
  • Product must be unused

❌ Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • “I don’t like the smell”
  • Shipping delays
  • Minor packaging damage

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days.
