At Maestro Parfums, we aim to deliver your fragrances with care and precision.

📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on Monday.


🌍 Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped internationally from Morocco.


🚀 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:
7–14 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs, and carrier delays.


📍 Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, sent via email once shipped.


⚠️ Delivery Responsibility

Once your package is handed to the carrier, Maestro Parfums is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check your mailbox or neighbors
  • Contact your local carrier with your tracking number

📦 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photo/video proof.
We will review and offer a replacement or refund if approved.


❌ Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.


🌐 Customs & Import Duties

Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s import regulations.

Maestro Parfums is not responsible if a package is:

  • Delayed by customs
  • Seized or rejected
  • Subject to additional fees
